How RevBoss On-Boarding works

Your first step is a consultation with our team — we’re picky about who we work with and we’ll be honest about what your expectations should be based on 10+ years of experience.

On-boarding is a 2 to 6 week process, depending on how many workflows we’re building. The primary focus of our on-boarding process is 1) building a detailed, qualified ICP audience and 2) developing messaging concepts that we think will move them to action.

Once we’re set with prospects and messaging, we’ll build an integrated set of marketing workflows that might include outbound email, site visitor retargeting, mid-funnel engagement content, and more.

There is obviously lots more happening behind the scenes, but our primary objective is building a set of marketing workflows that will get the right people, the right message, at the right time.

The activity that we generate flows through InBox — our AI-powered reply management console that replies like you and books meetings on your behalf.

We’ll keep tabs on your workflow to ensure that we’re hitting benchmark. And if not, we’ll reach out to discuss ideas to keep things pointed in the right direction.

If we’re hitting the right notes, RevBoss runs in the background and you only need to think about us when we meet for our monthly call and when we send over a lead.

Who is RevBoss?

RevBoss is a managed platform that combines people and product to create a marketing operating system for founder-led businesses.

I already have an in-house team, does this replace them?

No! We work with hundreds of companies who have in-house teams that we partner alongside. Sometimes you just need more bandwidth, speed and leads.

What does success look like for your clients?

Success takes many forms for our clients but for most it is a set of marketing motions that gets the right message to the right people and leads to sales meetings and ultimately new clients.

If you have questions, you can always reach out to us through the in-app chat – we’ll be eager to help however we can.

How long does it take to get started?

We will have you up and running in 2 to 3 weeks, sometimes longer for larger clients and audiences.

What does “Deliverability management” mean?

We’ll purchase and manage domains and inboxes on your behalf.  This is a critical (and complicated) part of the outbound process that is hard to get right, so we’ll take care of it for you.

Why should I outsource marketing and lead generation?

Marketing is complicated. It requires a lot to buy software, recruit / train / hire a team, and build an in-house email prospecting machine that may not be successful. The RevBoss model is fully automated, managed, and delivered and can have your process running in 2 weeks alleviating the hiring/training burden.

I’m a busy founder, how can RevBoss help me?

RevBoss understands the last thing you have time for is a day full of prospecting. We take all of the grunt work out of your day so you don’t have to guess about messaging, strategy, and outreach which will allow you to focus on founder responsibilities. Will I have an account Manager?

Yes! You’ll have a point of contact at RevBoss and you’ll connect with them on a regular basis.  If you need it, they’ll can loop in our copy and strategy teams to help with messaging and campaign builds.

How does the Inbox feature work?

Inbox uses AI/ML to categorize and process all email replies and ChatGPT to auto-generate replies.  For example, a “follow up with me in 2 weeks” reply from a prospect will get tagged as “reply” and have a threaded reply scheduled for ~2 weeks later to re-engage the prospect.  It’s all automated, you just need to approve the email copy.  It’s great. 🙂
