Eric started RevBoss with a mission to build a business that made clients and co-workers happy.
Today, he leads the effort to bring happiness to 100s of clients and more than 50 RevBuds around the world. You can read about the guiding principles he wrote for RevBoss in the HAT Culture manifesto.
Eric spent the last 20 years building companies and advising successful CEOs (Device Magic, Kevel, UserVoice, Ignite Social, and many more).
He completed his undergraduate studies at UNC Chapel Hill and earned an MBA at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business school, where he was a Dean’s Fellow.
Eric spends his free time loving his family, exercising at the crack of dawn, and yelling at Carolina games and Arsenal matches on TV.
Zach leads the product team – helping manifest solutions to our client’s problems and trying to predict what they are going to want next.
When he’s not RevBoss’ing, Zach is a big music fan. He co-founded Asheville Music Guide and recorded and toured as the drummer for Asheville-based Brother Nomad. The jams from his office range from Americana to reggae to free jazz and beyond.
He’s also big on home improvement and (probably) spent this past weekend crawling under his house or digging a ditch or building a deck or something.
And if you really want to get Zach talking – ask him about coffee – or don’t if you’re in a hurry.
Zach graduated from the College of Wooster where he was captain of the varsity swim team. He lives in Durham with his wife Hayes and their two children Charlie and Lucie.
Steph runs sales at RevBoss.
With well over a decade in various leadership roles and selling into diverse and competitive markets, she has been instrumental in driving year over year growth overseeing all sales operations.
Prior to joining RevBoss in 2017, Steph worked with SMBs, protecting their data security and cloud infrastructure at a publicly traded software company. She also spent many years in luxury residential real estate working directly with investors on a variety of portfolios.
If she isn’t trying to plan her next trip abroad, you can find her spending time with her 4 children, two are human teenagers and the other two have fur (Ralph and Snuggles). She will probably share a picture even if you don’t ask for it.
Mike leads the engineering team at RevBoss.
Before joining RevBoss, he was a Software Engineer at Lead Karma — an insurance marketing platform acquired by Bankrate. He built core pieces of Lead Karma’s email automation and third-party integration features.
Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, board games, puzzles, and singing in the shower. He’s also a verified Escape Room Wizard, boasting an undefeated all-time record.
Mike earned a BS in Computer Science at Gordon College and a MS in Physics Northeastern University.
He lives in Hudson, MA with his wife Anna and their two children Simon and Cecily.
Anders works with our account managers to ensure that all the trains are running on time.
Prior to joining the RevBoss team, Anders worked in operations and data analyst roles in the tourism industry — including stints in the Caymans, Aruba, Belize, and Barbados.
Anders loves to travel. While in new places he likes to hike, eat at local restaurants, and try new beers from the area.
He also enjoys driving and working on old cars and currently has a first generation Miata that spends a lot more time running than some of his previous projects.
Anders is also an avid homebrewing enthusiast with a special interest in wild yeasts and wood aged beers.
Anders graduated from Elon University and lives in Durham with his wife Allie and their two dogs, Barley and Binx.
Chris works with our clients to build and execute email prospecting programs that generate convos and leads.
Chris studied History at UNC-Greensboro and worked in media advertising sales before joining RevBoss.
He loves to travel and has been to 5 of the 7 continents. Favorite destinations so far include Scotland and Japan. Chris also loves Broadway musicals, scary movies, and chicken wings…not necessarily in that order.
Chris lives in Raleigh, NC with his black cat, Bax.
Jessica has a BS in Fermentation Sciences from Appalachian State University. From there, she worked in the brewing industry briefly and then worked for a tech company managing R&D for whiskey and other alcoholic beverages.
Outside of RevBoss, she enjoys hiking, board/card games, and home improvement projects — and is currently searching for the best whiskey sour in the Triangle.
Jessica lives in downtown Cary, NC with her two cats, Marley and Buds.
Rachel worked as an artist for Trader Joe’s and more recently as a legal assistant in a firm specializing in workers’ compensation before joining RevBoss.
A graduate of NC State University, Rachel loves graphic design, cooking, and taking care of her houseplants.
She currently lives in Winston-Salem with a very big, energetic Weimaraner named Minnie.
Kerry lives in Illinois with her husband, three-year old son, and a menagerie of animals – including Chester (the elderly english bulldog), Pippin (an eternally excited husky), Eevee (a cat), Jellybean (a rescue turtle), Eagon (a bearded dragon), and finally Paul, George, and Ringo (three ‘blue death feigning’ beetles). Sadly, John died.
In her free time, Kerry enjoys hiking when the weather is nice and baking when she is looking to relax. (Her goal is to bake something new every weekend this year.)
In her past lives, Kerry worked as a newspaper copy editor, a startup office manager, and most recently in a sales & client management role for a video production company.
Gallen is a proud father, husband, artist, and lover of people. When he’s not in his office, you can find him at his local hockey rink, out on a run with his boys in their jogging stroller, or in his studio making a mess (some call it art).
He grew up in Texas (GO Stars!), and now lives in Eugene, OR with his wife and two wonderful, rambunctious boys.
Michael attended Appalachian State University where he earned a degree in Communication Studies. He then started his career in the non-profit world and has spent the last couple of years in the real estate software industry. Michael loves cooking, running, and watching as many ball games as possible outside of work. He lives with his wife, Kate, and their cats, Chance and Kiwi, in Raleigh, NC.
Originally from New England, Anna moved south to attend NC State, where she studied Biology and Ethics. Before joining RevBoss, Anna worked as an eCommerce and Account Manager for a sporting goods company. Outside of work, Anna is an avid equestrian and Formula 1 fan. On weekends, if she’s not at the barn or watching a race, you can probably find her on the golf course trying to improve her swing!
