Getting Started

On-boarding is a 2 to 6 week process, depending on the scope of the program that we’re building.

Our goals are 1) building a detailed, qualified ICP audience, 2) developing content concepts that we think will move them to action, and 3) connecting the hoses for our approval and publishing workflow.

We’ll focus on core content ideas in our first couple sessions. Once we’ve published our first 10 or so pieces, we’ll use market feedback to develop an activation strategy that will turn up prospect conversations.

Our goal is to amplify your voice and your story in a way that moves prospects to action and is easy for you to execute.

On-boarding is “done” when you’re content is in the wild and your growing audience is starting to interact with it. But the work obviously doesn’t stop there.

We’ll prep a fresh run sheet every month that extends from our content strategy and aligns with your marketing priorities.

We’ll keep tabs on your workflow to ensure that we’re driving action with the right audience. And if not, we’ll reach out to get things pointed in the right direction.

Who is RevBoss?

RevBoss is a marketing service that combines content, audience development, and lead activation to create a marketing system for founder-led businesses.

I already have an in-house team, does this replace them?

No! We work with hundreds of companies who have in-house teams that we partner alongside. Sometimes you just need more hands, ideas, and movement.

What does success look like for your clients?

Leads of course, but it takes time. The first success indicators are the quality of the content we’re building, the ease with which we’re building it, and the audience that we’re growing.

How long does it take to get started?

We’ll schedule your first on-boarding call in our sales process. Your first production call is usually a week or so later, sometimes longer for larger clients and audiences.

Do I have to give you my LinkedIn password?

You don’t, but you’ll need to connect your LinkedIn account to a couple apps that we use to power our approval and audience development systems.

Why should I outsource marketing and lead generation?
